Common questions about plans and credits.
No. Invited signers don’t need a subscription. Invite one signer per workflow on GO, three on SMART or an unlimited number on BUSINESS.
The company signing surcharge is 150 credits. An advanced company signature uses 300 credits (150 + 150), and a qualified company signature uses 1,050 (900 + 150).
GO is limited to the credits included in the plan. SMART and BUSINESS allow additional signatures. Contact us for overage pricing.
Choose BUSINESS if several colleagues need to start signing workflows, you need more signers per workflow or you want API integration. BUSINESS also has no QES transaction value limit.
