Signing as an individual
You can use either AES or QES. If you need a qualified signature, sign directly in the GoodID app or use the DÁP app.
Transfer the PDF to DÁP, sign it and send the signed copy back to GoodID to continue the workflow.
With GoodID Sign you can sign for yourself or on behalf of a company. Choose an advanced (AES) or qualified electronic signature (QES) according to the requirements for your document.

If you are authorised to represent the company, you can use an advanced or qualified electronic signature. For a company QES, choose the qualified signing option integrated into the GoodID app.
Make sure the document identifies the company you represent. DÁP signing is available only for personal use.
An advanced signature may be suitable for a lease, loan, service or employment contract, a non-disclosure agreement or a certificate of completion. Check whether the transaction requires a stricter form.
For a court authorisation, an administrative procedure or a registry filing, check the specific document requirements. Choose QES where a qualified signature is required. Some procedures also accept an advanced signature or seal based on a qualified certificate.
For property transfers, family matters or inheritance, check the formalities with the professional handling the case. Neither AES nor QES alone replaces a required countersignature, notarisation or public instrument.
These examples are for guidance. Always check with the relevant person or authority which type of electronic signature is acceptable.
